Evening Activities

We organise a whole range of exciting evening activities such as:

Sport

We use the facilities of the local community and schools to provide a range of sports including:

• tennis
• football
• volleyball
• badminton
• table tennis
• pool / snooker
• swimming

Excursions

Broadstairs is in the beautiful county of Kent (known as ‘The Garden of England ’). We want to give you the opportunity to see as much of Kent and England as possible during your stay.

We organise full-day Saturday excursions to many other parts of southern England , including:

• London
• Brighton
• Oxford
• Cambridge

There are also a number of half-day excursions to places in Kent such as Canterbury , Dover and Sandwich.

In addition to these regular excursions, our programme includes a number of optional visits and activities, for instance:

• Kent castles
• London theatres
• shopping centres
• sporting events
• bowling
• ice-skating

We can also help students to arrange travel to other European countries.

COSTS

Most of the evening activities and sports are free. There is a small charge for excursions and optional visits / activities. (See “Sample programme”.)
