Our intensive English courses can last from two weeks to a whole year. All our courses offer the Hilderstone experience: excellent teaching, an intensive programme, activities and visits, plenty of opportunities to use your English, and the chance to make friends from around the world.

All our classes are small (average 9 students, maximum 12) and are available at all levels from elementary to advanced. Adult students of all ages are welcome (minimum age 17).

Morning Classes

In the morning classes you will develop your use and understanding of English. Grammar and vocabulary are presented in a meaningful and enjoyable way, and the teaching programme is designed to improve all four language skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

Afternoon Classes

Afternoon classes are different from the morning classes. They take place on 4 or 5 afternoons and provide the opportunity for you to develop and use your English as widely as possible. We will help you to choose from the variety of classes and activities which best suit your language ability and interests.

(The selection of classes offered changes from course to course.)

I feel very impressed and happy with my time here with all my friends and teachers at Hilderstone College. It was a wonderful time for me, which I'll never forget!
