Most of our students choose to stay with one of our excellent host families. Living with an English family is an important part of the Hilderstone College experience. It will give you an opportunity to find out about the English way of life, practise the English you learn, and have a great time.
We know our host families very well, and take time to select the perfect family for you.
Most students are in homestay accommodation. You will stay with a friendly family in a pleasant house, within easy walking distance of the College. You will have your own room with space for study and the price also includes all food (except weekday lunches). No other student in the house will speak the same language as you.
We choose and monitor our host families very carefully and are sure you will enjoy living with them. Our Accommodation and Welfare Officer is also on hand to answer any questions you might have about your family or your welfare during your stay.
We can also arrange other accommodation on request (e.g. hotel or self-catering). At busy times of the year, a few students may be accommodated in private homes with more than four students. |
